Diversity is part of us ‑ and central to the way we practice.

Koaz Counselling is a collaborative practice built by four qualified, accredited counsellors — Krystle, Olga, Andreea and Zuzanna — whose initials give the practice its name. Between us we carry different cultural backgrounds, training and therapeutic perspectives, joined by one shared commitment: pluralistic, client‑centred practice.

We believe every person's story is shaped by culture, identity, language and lived experience. Each of us brings our own heritage and worldview to the room, so the space we offer is genuinely inclusive — a place where difference is welcomed, not smoothed over.

Working pluralistically means we don't assume one method fits everyone. We draw from a range of evidence‑based approaches and shape the work around what actually helps you — your preferences, your strengths, your goals.

Speak in the language that feels like yours

Language carries nuance, memory and comfort that translation can flatten. Our multilingual team lets you stay in the words that feel most natural and most honest.
